Nicole and Damien live in Australia and last summer they took some time off work to travel through Europe, starting off with Portugal. Nicole contacted us a few months beforehand to say that they´d be in town and that they´d love to do a quick couple shoot in the city as they´d never had professional photos taken of the 2 of them and this seemed like the perfect opportunity. We set everything up, chose a date and had everything planned when I got an email from Damien, without Nicole knowing, to say that he was planning on proposing to her in Lisbon and though he´d let us know so we could co-ordinate the place and timing during the shoot! Unbeknownst to Nicole we had key words and secret signals and all sorts of espionage going on… on the day Damien was so nervous he could hardly focus on what was happening before the proposal, but he pulled it off beautifully and Nicole was completely surprised and elated! Of course she said yes and we´re very happy to have been a part of this memorable day… what a great way to start off a European travel adventure!
A Nicole e o Damien vivem na Austrália e no verão passado tiraram algum tempo de férias para viajar pela Europa, começando pela nossa Lisboa. A Nicole contactou-nos alguns meses antes para dizer que iriam estar em Lisboa e que gostariam de tirar umas fotografias nas cidade visto nunca terem tido a oportunidade de serem fotografados juntos e que esta seria a oportunidade perfeita. Organizámos tudo, marcámos uma data e tínhamos tudo planeado quando recebemos um email do Damien, sem a Nicole saber, para nos dizer que estava a planear pedi-la em casamento em Lisboa e pensou que talvez pudéssemos coordenar um local e o melhor timing para ele o fazer durante a sessão fotográfica! O dia chegou, mal sabia a Nicole que tínhamos palavras passe e sinais secretos planeados quando nos encontrámos, o Damien estava nervosíssimo que mal se podia concentrar durante a sessão, mas no final saíu-se muito bem e a Nicole foi completamente surpreendida e a maravilhada pelo gesto do Damien! É claro que disse sim e nós ficámos super contentes de ter feito parte deste momento tão bonito… não havia melhor maneira de começar uma aventura pela Europa!
