A Daniela e o Tomé são de Torres Vedras, o que só pode significar uma coisa… são grandes foliões e fans do carnaval!! O Carnaval de Torres Vedras é conhecido como o carnaval mais português de Portugal, aqui as dançarinas em biquinis reduzidos a tremer de frio a tentar imitar os desfiles do tórrido Rio de Janeiro, dão lugar ás famosas matrafonas que compensam a falta de sensualidade com uma grande dose de humor e sátira. Ficámos surpreendidos como os Torreenses levam a sério esta celebração e o orgulho que têm nesta tradição que passa de geração em geração, pelo que foi a escolha óbvia deste nosso casal quando decidiram o local da sua E-session! Passámos uma tarde espetacular juntos no meio da maluqueira das celebrações do carnaval e esperamos ansiosos pelo dia do seu casamento e continuar o divertimento que foi fotografar este casal de foliões.

Daniela and Tomé are from Torres Vedras, which can only mean one thing… they are crazy about Carnaval! But Carnaval in Torres Vedras is not quite the same as in the rest of the country, or even the rest of the world. When you think about this celebration the first thing that generally comes to mind is Rio de Janeiro, samba, half-naked people and feather headresses… and you wouldn’t be wrong. The majority of the world (Portugal included) celebrates Carnaval this way, but in Torres Vedras they do it a little bit differently. Their brand of celebration has a much more satirical angle, poking fun at the politicians and mocking the government in general, all with a healthy dose of cross-dressing thrown into the mix… So it was the obvious choice for these 2 when deciding on the location of their engagement session! We spent a great afternoon with them in the craziness of the celebrations and look forward to working with them again at their wedding in a few months time…
