This has got to be one of our favourite weddings of the year, so far. And maybe it´s not exactly “politically correct” to be choosing favourites, but hey, we´re not politically correct and we have the need to always express what we feel in our hearts… we have to be genuine and accept that fact that some people will love us, and some people won´t, some people will “get” our images and others won´t… but if you´re still here, then it probably means that you´re one of “our people” and we´re glad to have you here with us, because together we can do amazing things. And Leah and João are definitely “our people”… those couples that you find yourself blinking back tears for during their exchange of vows and they make you want to bear-hug them at the end of the ceremony. The kind of people that are so easy to work with you don´t even feel like you´re “working”… so mad about each other that everything they do is a great photo. Their wedding was quirky, fun, emotional… a bit stressful in the beginning as the weather wasn´t playing along and plans needed to be changed last minute, but everything worked out in the end, as it always does… and it was an amazing celebration with family and friends from all over the world… a perfect day in the beautiful city of Porto. Leah and João, you guys are the best, we are so glad that you found us and that we got to be a part of your wedding! Wishing you much love and happiness on your adventures together. xo
Este foi o nosso casamento favorito do ano até agora!!! Talvez não seja politicamente correcto dizer isto… mas hey… nós não somos politicamente correctos, e queremos dizer sempre o que nos vai na alma… queremos ser genuínos e para isso alguém tem de torcer um bocadinho o nariz a uma ou outra afirmação que fazemos, a uma ou outra foto que tirámos e expomos aqui no blog… é isso que faz de nós quem somos, e se ainda aí estás é porque és dos nossos. E queremos ter-te aí, porque juntos podemos fazer grandes coisas. Pois a Leah e o João são “dos nossos”… daqueles casais que dás por ti a deixar cair uma lágrima enquanto fotografas a cerimónia de casamento deles, que apetece abraçar no final … que não precisas de dizer muito enquanto os fotografas juntos… eles estão apaixonados e cada oportunidade para namorar conta. Foi um dia cheio, de emoções fortes… de stress intenso no começo do dia até á festa em grande no final da noite, tal como um grande dia de casamento deve de ser. Com amigos e família de todos os cantos do mundo, boa comida boa música, na cidade do Porto um dos nossos locais preferidos do mundo… resumindo em poucas palavras um dia perfeito. Leah e João obrigado pelos vossos sorrisos simpatia e por nos escolherem para registar este momento tão bonito da vossa vida, desejamos muito amor e feliciadade nas vossas aventuras juntos.
